
Sous Chef
Join Our Team as a Sous Chef!
We’re looking for a passionate Sous Chef to help run the day-to-day operations of our Museum’s catering service. You’ll work closely with the Catering Manager to deliver top-quality food and service for events like weddings, conferences, and pop-up catering.
What You’ll Do:
- Cook and present delicious dishes.
- Keep the kitchen clean, safe, and running smoothly.
- Work with suppliers, manage stock, and help plan menus.
- Ensure great service by coordinating with front-of-house staff.
- Assist with catering for special events and pop-up food stalls.
- Occasionally work in our second catering outlet.
What We’re Looking For:
- Someone with great cooking skills and a love for food.
- A team player who can train others.
- Someone who’s organised, flexible, and ready to take on new challenges.
- Willing to work weekends, bank holidays, and some evenings.
