We are looking for an enthusiastic, friendly individual who thrives on providing a fantastic customer service to join our Visitor Welcome Team here at the National Coal Mining Museum. Based in our visitor welcome and retail area, you will provide an exceptional visitor experience to all our visitors whether face to face or over the phone. You will need to be IT literate and will be using a computerised bookings and ticketing system.

Mine Guide (Weekends)

We are looking to recruit a Mine Guide to deliver engaging tours on a weekend and share their stories and experiences, but most of all – ensure that the Museum continues to be one of the most fun days out in the region!
