The Caphouse Suite at The National Coal Mining Museum is an interchangeable space designed to offer maximum flexibility.

Accommodating up to 220 delegates theatre style, the suite can also be configured into 2 or 3 smaller self-contained rooms: The Hope, Denby Grange and Prince of Wales Suites.

As part of your conference, you can make use of the fully equipped AV and PA systems, as well as free Wi-Fi for all delegates and organisers. The state-of-the-art AV system boasts an impressive ceiling mounted LCD projector screen that can be integrated with CD/DVD players and laptops. The PA system includes lectern, roving and lapel microphones.

Delegates are welcome to explore the Museum and take advantage of a free underground tour, an exciting experience that can be included as part of your conference programme.

All clients, agents and suppliers can be assured that we meet and exceed the AIM standard.

Our standard Daily Delegate package includes:

• Pads and pencils for delegates
• Jugs of fruit infused iced water on the tables
• Free parking and access to the museum and underground tours

The catering includes:

• Arrival: Yorkshire Tea, selection of fruit infused teas and freshly brewed Darkwoods coffee served with home-baked shortbread biscuits
• Mid-morning Yorkshire Tea, selection of fruit infused teas and freshly brewed Darkwoods coffee served with home-baked shortbread biscuits
• Working buffet lunch with Yorkshire Tea, selection of fruit infused teas and freshly brewed Darkwoods coffee and fresh fruit juice
• Mid-afternoon Yorkshire Tea, selection of fruit infused teas and freshly brewed Darkwoods coffee
