
Visitor Welcome Assistant (Relief)
We are looking for enthusiastic, friendly individuals who thrive on providing fantastic customer service to join our Visitor Welcome Team.
Based in our visitor welcome and retail area, you will play a key role in creating a positive first impression and ensuring every visitor has a great experience with us. Whether it’s greeting people face to face, answering enquiries over the phone, or responding to emails, your warm and professional approach will help make every visit memorable.
You will need to be IT literate, as the role involves using a computerised booking and ticketing system. Full training will be provided, but confidence with basic computer tasks is essential.
Hours of work are ad hoc, with a higher likelihood of shifts being available during weekends and school holidays. Flexibility and a willingness to support during busier periods is important.
