Visitors to the museum will need to pre-book a timeslot in advance, which are spaced at 10 minute intervals.
Covid-19 Measures in Place
To help look after all our visitors and staff, we have put the following in place:
We ask that visitors wear a face mask in all indoor areas of the Museum (excluding children under the age of 11 years and those with a medical condition which prevents you from wearing a face covering)
We ask that you adhere to the Government social distancing guidance and follow the limits on the number of other people you should meet with as a group. You can meet up outdoors with friends and family you do not live with, either: in a group of up to 6 from any number of households (children of all ages count towards the limit of 6); or in a group of any size from up to two households (each household can include an existing support bubble, if eligible).
One-way self-guided routes have been introduced
The Museum, Shop and Café will only accept card payments
Enhanced cleaning regimes have been introduced and hand sanitiser stations will be located throughout the site
Should you or any member of your group feel unwell, please do not visit the Museum. Please contact the Museum on email@example.com or call 01924 848 806 and we will do our best to reschedule your visit.
Track and Trace Measures
For the purposes of NHS Test and Trace, we are required to ask for contact details for all members of your group over the age of 16. Please download and check-in using the NHS COVID-19 App upon arrival, or if you are unable to use the NHS Covid-19 App we can take your details at Reception. This data will be deleted 21 days after your visit.
