A commemorative disaster serviette for the Wharncliffe Woodmoor Disaster on 6th August 1936. The disaster was the result of a coal dust explosion and claimed the lives of 57 men underground.

Serviettes like this were made and sold to raise funds for the victims’ bereaved families.
