NEW Hidden Voices Volunteer

In this role volunteers will listen to recorded interviews and type up detailed summaries of the interview content. They will then use these summaries to add into an established keyword system. This will allow the content of the recordings to be accessible via the Museum’s collections management system.
This will provide an invaluable resource that will enhance both the museum’s future activities, such as exhibitions, and the work of researchers .
This is an excellent opportunity for those wishing to use share and enhance their current skills as well as develop new skills and expertise.
A methodical approach, attention to detail and some computer skills are necessary for this role.
