We are proud to be an AIM recognised venue for conferences, meetings and events.

Accredited in Meetings (AIM) is the UK’s nationally recognised standard for accredited venues and service providers in the meetings, conferences and events industry, and here at the National Coal Mining Museum for England, we adhere to this standard. 

AIM venues and service providers operate to a predetermined industry benchmarked standard. This means we have processes and personnel that are competent and capable, that venue facilities are appropriate and that operationally we are compliant with all relevant legislation.

All clients, agents and suppliers can be assured that we meet and exceed the AIM standard.

Our standard daily delegate package includes; Room Hire, all in-house audio-visual equipment, free Wi-Fi, flip charts, pads and pens for delegates, free parking and access to the museum and underground tours, catering.

If you have something particular in mind we can create tailor made packages to suite your event. We like to accommodate everyone.

Our rates are competitive, our feedback is first class and we have a venue that is sure to get delegates talking!
