We were pleased when King Jame's School, Knaresborough got in touch to find out if they could visit the Museum for inspiration as part of their photography A level coursework. Their teacher Mr Crawford particularly likes the authenticity of the buildings here at the Museum.

Today we welcomed the 12 students and they have been busy snapping around the site and buildings.

Their teacher comments "As part of their photography A level exam the students need to do a photo shoot on a particular theme. The theme this year is 'Transformation' and I think the museum and the equipment would be great to photograph."

The group are making the most of their day out and plan to call at the Yorkshire Sculpture Park & the Hepworth Gallery both nearby in Wakefield.
